Certified Plant Requirements
Under Mn/DOT specification 2350, all bituminous mixtures must be supplied by a certified plant. Certified plant requirements:
- Pass plant and test facility inspection
- Contractor required to have QM Level I Technician perform the testing
- QM Level II Technician must be available for mixture change decisions
- Must produce and test mixes continuously
- Test results
must be continuously updated onto summary sheets available for inspection
