Strategic Plan

The “Strategic Plan and Operating Procedures” manual provides operating information for the LRRB. It presents the LRRB strategic plan and includes information about procedures, highlights the organization’s history, and gives examples of LRRB projects.

The manual documents LRRB procedures, policies, and plans. For use primarily by LRRB members, it offers a one-stop resource detailing goals and strategies, membership, voting, project development, implementation, and other operational issues.
