Feature Story - The Circuit Training and Assistance Program

The Circuit Training and Assistance Program (CTAP) is part of the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) and provides on-site technical assistance and training to maintenance personnel from cities, counties, and state agencies throughout Minnesota.
